BEFORE YOU ORDER
My Custom Order Process & Terms
- Plan ahead: Place orders at least two months before your event whenever possible.
- Initial consultation: Design, colors, and product selections are determined within the first week after the initial meeting.
- Initial payment: A 50% invoice payment is due at the initial meeting. The invoice includes a one-time, nonrefundable $150 setup fee.
- Final payment: The remaining balance is due two weeks after the first payment. Work pauses if payment is overdue, which may affect delivery.
- Delivery: Orders are intended to arrive one week before the event.
- Cancellations: The original policy states that 50% of the initial deposit is returned if canceled before final payment, and orders become nonrefundable after final payment. Please confirm how this interacts with the nonrefundable setup fee before placing an order.
